I’ve been kind of obsessed with neon things (what else is new?) and this colorblock maxi skirt with the mesh see through line was the right excuse to wear my latest DYI necklace. Sunny but breezy, the skirt was floating against the wind having a mind of its own, and I couldn’t help but love it.
