When you find yourself facing a case of the (denim) blues, just put on your favorite jeans (these leopard ones are my go to happy solution at the moment), grab your coolest jacket and a sparkly clutch and out of the house!
Meet up with friends, go pet all the dogs in the neighborhood (I wonder where I got that idea (!)) or indulge in something chocolate-y.
Problem solved.
