Breakfast No Sugar Muffins

I don’t know what you did last night but I know what you’ll be doing this morning.

These No Sugar No Butter Chocolate Banana Muffins are super healthy, really fulfilling and dead simple.

They also satisfy those chocolate cravings I can’t seem to get rid of and the best part? They are made using just one bowl AND you don’t even need a mixer!

In a large bowl, mash 3 medium ripe bananas, add 1/4 cup honey, mix them together, add 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 large egg, mix again. Then add 1/2 cup of fat free plain Greek yoghurt ( I used a 2%), 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk and mix again.

Now to the dry ingredients: 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour. Mix.

And now the good part: fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (or more, just saying) and bake in a preheated oven for 20′ (mine needed less).
