Chocolate Chia Pudding

OK this is not even resembling nutella drizzled waffles but still it’s chocolatey enough to make you want to get out of bed.

It’s an overnight pudding which means you get to make it the night before and you can adjust the sweetness depending on your mood. Monday being the worst meaning you get to add extra chocolate nibs, more honey etc.

So start with a bowl where you mix 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/3 cup chia seeds, a dash of cinnamon and sea salt, vanilla and mix well. Then add as much or as little honey as you want. You can always substitute with soaked dates in case you’re blending.

Put in a jar and let sit covered in the fridge overnight.

In the morning enjoy with freshly cut bananas, berries, coconut flakes, peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.

*Sometimes I also add a bit of chocolate almond milk if it’s too thick!
