Seriously yummy, somewhat healthy.
And since a lot of you saw it on Instagram and asked for the recipe, here it is!
I only have a slice left so I’ll be re making this myself.
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 5 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup chopped dark chocolate – I figured it need MORE so I doubled it 😀
Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix all the dry ingredients together. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, the peanut butter, oil, the whisked eggs and the vanilla, add the sugar as well, then slowly add the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate. Pour in a cake tin and bake for 50′-1 hour (until a toothpick comes out clean).
