A raffia basket bag and a couple of swimsuit changes, a lip and chic stain color and 2 frozen smoothies after, I am dazzled and confused but oh so happy.

And before I know it I am back in the boat heading home with a Louis Vuitton bag full of memories.

For this weeks episode I found myself in beautiful and classy Andros, sporting my gorgeous Pink Sands Bettina bikini and feeling spoiled in general. Got back with an extra 5 pounds (thank you very much sugary almond sweets), a traditional raffia bag and almost a baby sheep (see instagram).

Let’s I hope this summer never ends.

Fantastic Andros to be exact as, what else is new, Greece has limitless beauty to offer. This weekend getaway adventure started off with a slightly moody weather but the lavender fields and breathtaking ambient make up for all the rain the Greek sky could pour.

Keeping busy eating frutalia and traditional sugary almond sweets while changing from bikinis to one piece swimsuits and vice versa.

It’s a hard knock life for sure.

H&M knows good fashion and in anticipation of the recently announced Isabel Marant collaboration, this particular preview could not have been any less relevant. I am talking embellished sheer dresses, embroidered gilets, rad biker boots and leather shorts. The collection is also filled with a gorgeous white faux fur coat, a versatile tassel belt and my FAVORITE black knee high leather boots (dreamy,right?).
For all of us who long but can’t take a trip to Paris any time soon, come September, your closest H&M store will do the trick.

Best part? You can actually stay there!

Short story short, I only managed a dive in the infinity pool but I was lucky enough to visit the indoors secret garden and try all the delicious local food in various beach taverns. Of course.

I guess I won’t be trying on a swimsuit for a while. Between you and me, it was totally worth it.

After what seemed (and was) the PERFECT weekend getaway in – too beautiful for words – Skiathos, I am back and crazy busy. My slightly tanned memories will keep me company until the next hopping on a boat adventure (that is next Thursday).

Apparently all you need for your perfect vacation, besides your own personal, fabulous style (and trademark of this very blog) is a trustworthy sunblock (I used Korres Clear Sunscreen Walnut & Coconut SPF 20), a cute “new in” bikini, a pair of rad sunglasses (finally I got my half lens Miu Mius) and most importantly good friends (preferably with a speed boat or a generous amount of creative thinking – mine had both).

So, for the first part of this Summer in Greece post what you see is the awesome beach of Lalaria (lagoon water, rocky background and a ton of gorgeous seagulls) and the do-it-yourself tavern in Kastro with delicious food and even more so, view.

Keeping that in mind and having my hair loose and lavishly blonde (thank you Redken) things are going good. Great actually. So next post up will be all about vitamins, energy boosters and staying awake smoothies cause I really need those (any suggestions are welcome!). Almost as much as I need shoes.

Speaking of shoes… I have ordered a fab little pair and I am still waiting.

The latter is my own personal oasis.

Located in Kifissia (where you wouldn’t expect to find it), I discovered this amazingness of a place during the 2 years I worked nearby and it was my post work Friday bliss. Le Hammam with the true savoir du bien etre is the place to enter if you want to really relax and pamper yourself.

For my latest spaventure (see there, i make my own words!) I started off with a steam bath to detoxify and rejuvenate my skin, lying on the beautiful oriental tiles, sipping cold water and feeling serene. Next stop exfoliation, in one of the hot stone beds with a mandarin and citrus scrub (what a divine smell) that activated my circulation (thus really helped with my headache) and left my skin super soft. Last but certainly not least I tried the Lomi Lomi uber relaxing holistic massage with long, palindromic hand moves and unblocking of energy channels (Deny you are a goddess). They don’t call it “love in hands” for nothing!

It’s always the right time to give a gift to yourself.
