Too pure to be pink

Frenchy: Doody, how do I look?

Doody: Like a beautiful blonde pineapple!

Rizzo: [singing] I don’t steal and I don’t lie / But I can feel and I can cry / A fact I bet you never knew / But to cry in front of you / That’s the worst thing I could do.

Danny: Uh, I’m not very hungry; just gimme a double Polar Burger wit’ everything and a cherry soda wit’ chocolate ice cream.

Danny: [singing] I got chills / They’re multiplyin’ / And I’m losing control / Cause the power you’re supplying / It’s electrifyin’.

Frenchy: What do you guys think of Sandy? Do you think we can let her into the Pink Ladies?

Rizzo: Nah, she looks to pure to be pink!

Cause the outfit might be grey but my heart is pinker than this wall.

Kind of cowboy

Stars, turquoise stones and deer heads. This is the closest I’ve come to a cowgirl look. The shredded jumper is just perfect for the current weather, and it’s pastel mint color compliments my closet’s transitional, light colored pieces, beautifully.  Very “Even cowgirls get the blues”, I know, but I passed on the too feminist approach, I swear.

Velvet Cat Eye Sunnies, Freja Booties and Stripes In Between

Minimal Sunday stroll before a Bday picnic, consisting of just three colors (a rather rare occasion for yours truly), with a TON of things on my mind (stay tuned) and a slightly cloudy but awesome Athens in the background.

The Trend Mixer

Or as you may call it “borderline kitsch”. You have the floral printed skirt WITH a peplum like pleated waist, a pair of pink and green plaid ballerinas (crucial that they remain inside the same color spectrum of the look), the simple BUT lace trimmed skull top, the statement pastel crystal necklace and the raffia bow clutch. Too many trends, so little time.

But who’s counting?

Floral Fantasy

Getting my vintage on (literally) with this 50’s floral halterneck dress and box clutch. Adjusting it to the now with a pair of mesh booties that follow the sock and shoe trend and most of the men -at least- will hate. I even got the weather on my side and took some breezy, almost x rated photos.

Lucky passersby.

Stripes and high tops

Feeling sporty (but lazy) so what better way to cheat on the actual gym thing than with a pair of wedge high tops. All hail the hidden heel ideal! Paired them with stripes and then more stripes, their floral pattern adds a girly twist to the look and thought to overdo it with a bow belt. I guess cuteness run over sporty on this one.

Next time I’ll try harder.

Save the Unicorns

In a mythical land far far away where Fashion Bloggers truly live, they are surrounded by graceful unicorns and constant starlight. Lost in the quest for self promotion and deep linking, unicorns use their magical powers to keep them out of harms and bad comments way.

Please save them.

Believe in yourself

Do you?

For an easy and versatile approach team a light textured shirt with a feminine skirt; add comfy flats for day or high heeled booties if you are planning on going somewhere fun and compliment your look with a studded clutch. You’ll have style at your fingertips!

Gold heels for day: THE BET

So, me and my girlfriends were discussing the whole “gold heels during the day” subject and since almost none of them believed it was easily pull-able in broad daylight, we placed a bet. This post is to prove you wrong (you know who you are) and I added a metallic biker jacket to make it more of a challenge. I’ll be expecting my victory cupcakes.
